How to enable Windows Update Service?

• Click the Windows Button + R to open the Run Dialog.
• Type services.msc as shown below.
  
• Search for Windows Update service.
• Double-click to open its properties.
• Make sure that the Startup type is not disabled and the status of the service is started.
  
• Try now to run your installation package again that should be working properly.
