SQL Server 2019 setup Failure

I have been trying to install SQL server 2019 Developer Edition and in this step Feature configuration rules I'm getting this error

SQL Server Setup has encountered the following error:
error occurred while saving setting uimode to configuration file
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\150\Setup Bootstrap\LOG\20200927_161646\Configuration.ini.

How I can fix this error?

I have solved my problem by reinstalling the SQL Server 2019 from a physical location! In my case, I was using a mounted SQL Server 2019 ISO image, and I have copied the content of the media to a local drive and start the setup file again, and the problem "error occurred while saving setting uimode to configuration file" is gone!

When you decide to install SQL Server, you should install it from a Physical location instead of using ISO image.
