Projects menu item not showing on Projects 2019 on-premise fresh installation

I have installed a fresh sharepoint 20019 with project manager, but I cannot see the projects menu item that shows a list of all projects within. Is there a setting I have to change or enable for this to show. I have uploaded 2 test projects.

Sharepoint 2019 enterprise onpremise

Projects installation done and activated.

Do you mean the Project Center, can you share a screen shot from the home page of your PWA?
