Can't add a mapped folder to SharePoint solution

Question

I have an empty sharepoint solution that deployed as a sandbox solution, I can add a mapped folder but when I deployed the solution I encountered this error

Error 1  The Project Item "Images" cannot be deployed through a Package in a Sandboxed Solution.
c:\users\awis\documents\visual studio 2017\Projects\SharePointProject\SharePointProject\Package\Package.package SharePointProject

It's normal behavior, you can't add Mapped folders to SharePoint solution Sandbox Solution.
To add a Mapped folder to the SharePoint solution. Instead, you must use a farm solution.

Note: Code-based sandbox solutions are deprecated in SharePoint 2013 and in SharePoint 2016.
